Coastal Electrics were engaged to deliver the electrical installation and commissioning works for the FMG Bonney Downs 350-person mining camp. The scope was executed by a team comprising supervision, electricians, and trades assistants, who completed pit and pipe works, cabling, terminations, energisation, and full commissioning of the camp.

Coastal Electrics were engaged to undertake electrical completions and commissioning activities across the new process plant at Cockburn Cement’s Kwinana site. The scope included the Silos D, E & F construction package, which comprised the installation of ELV, LV, and communications equipment throughout the silos and associated fixed plant. Over a 12‑month period, Coastal Electrics deployed a workforce of 40 personnel, including a Superintendent and supervisory staff. 

Coastal Electrics were engaged to deliver the installation and commissioning of electrical infrastructure for new dust collectors at the Iron Bridge site. The scope was executed by a team comprising supervision, electricians, and trades assistants, who completed cable ladder installation, cabling, terminations, energisation, and full commissioning of 4x dust collectors. 

Coastal Electrics were engaged to supply, install, and commission the electrical and communications infrastructure for the Hope Downs 1 rail and heavy haulage crossover tunnels. Coastal Electrics provided QA/QC services to PPS Servicing in Dalian China on the TSV Loader and Bridge Reclaimer prior to shipping to Mineral Resources Onslow Iron Project. Once on site in Onslow, Coastal Electrics provided a project team inclusive of site management to complete the electrical assembly, on site construction and commissioning of the machines. 

Crushing and Screening International (CSI) engaged Coastal Electrics to supply a site construction team to construct and commission the new Crushing Plant at Rio Tinto’s Hope Downs 4 operation. The Coastal Electrics team included site management and supervision who were embedded into the Client team, managing both Client and contract teams throughout the project..
