Assembling & Fabrication Workshop
Assembling & Fabrication Workshop

Coastal Electrics occupy two purpose built, fully equipped electrical and fabrication workshops located in Wedgefield (Port Hedland) and Rockingham WA giving us the ability to assemble, bench test and custom fabricate components prior to on site installation. Each workshop is stocked with electrical, communications, fibre optic and fabrication supplies and specialist equipment. Frequent undertakings at the workshop facilities include:

  • Switchboard maintenance, repairs & reconfiguration (HV and LV)

  • Electrical assembly of distribution boards, switchboards and other custom enclosures

  • Clean, inspection, testing and repairs of lighting, generators and mobile plant and equipment

  • Servicing, maintenance and repair of End Of Train (EOT) devices

  • Fabrication of custom frames, brackets and covers

  • Transportable workshop container fit outs
